- According to the Caidan website, Royals Section, under Awards, Awards Inventory - Harp Argent medallions are described as dependent from a silver cord. Traditionally, other AoA award medallions are also strung on silver, white, or grey cords.
- Companions of the Dolphin may display their achievement with the medallion of the order dependant from a blue ribbon encircling the arms
