Duke Guillaume de Belgique, KSCA, OP. Guillaume is well known for his long running column in The Crown Prints, "I Didn’t Expect An Inquisition."
He was elevated to the Order of the Chivalry on May 5, 1990 by Guy II and Darla II, King and Queen of Caid.
