The leather atop the box was hand-tooled, and finished with vegetable tanned leather and acrylic paint. The Prince's Coronet Box is adorned with the registered Arms of the Prince of Caid, Argent, three crescents and on a chief azure a dolphin embowed argent displayed upon a traditional escutcheon (shield) shape.
